We saw a strong need to strengthen our senior team to match the requirements of clients and level of advice that is now being provided."
Helen Lam, Managing Director of Paradigm Consulting, commented, "With the communications landscape changing by the day, we're pleased to be working with Vivian and Rachel as we take a fresh look at our stakeholder communications and how we can evolve as a company to continue meeting the needs of our clients."
Celebrating its 9th year, the company has ambitious plans to continue its recent trajectory, and these important senior hires will play a key role in reaching its goals.
Paradigm remains proudly based in Hong Kong where significant opportunities are re-emerging on the back of the recent opening up. But the need for connectivity and risk management amongst its clients means continuing to strengthen its team of advisors across Shanghai, London and Singapore.
